🔹 Position Summary:
BeeBoo Agency is looking for an experienced full-time nanny (100%) to join a family based in Présinges (GE).
This role requires a high degree of flexibility, adaptability to a dynamic family environment, and a strong long-term commitment.
The position will begin with daytime support, working alongside the existing night nurse to ensure a smooth and gentle transition for the 15-month-old child and the family.
Over time, the schedule will evolve into a rota-based system, such as 1 week ON / 1 week OFF or 2 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF, depending on the family’s needs.
🔹 Main Responsibilities:
· Daily routine as per schedule: either 6 AM–3 PM or 3 PM–11 PM, alternating by week ⏰
· Active support in the child’s development within a nurturing, bilingual environment 👶🎨
· Daily household tasks related to the child (meals, hygiene, laundry, activities, outings) 🍽️🛁🧺
· Close collaboration with the family and other caregivers – team spirit and reliability are essential 🤝
· Occasional availability on evenings or weekends, planned in advance (monthly schedule provided) 📆
🔹 Role Structure:
· Initial phase: daytime hours working in tandem with the night nurse
· Progression toward a rota-based schedule: 1 week ON / 1 week OFF or 2 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF
· Up to 10 consecutive working days possible, followed by OFF days
· One working weekend per month may be required
🔹 Profile:
✅ Full-time nanny – very high availability required
✅ Proven experience with young children
✅ Driving license required 🚗
✅ Comfortable in water / able to swim 🏊♀️
✅ Valid passport for possible travel ✈️
✅ Native French or English speaker, with excellent command of the other language
✅ Proactive, reliable, discreet, and well-organized
✅ Must reside in Geneva or nearby area
💰 Salary: CHF 6,000 gross/month
