We are hiring a Full-Time Live-in Nanny (100%) English speaker native or fluent – Fixed-Term Contract – Geneva
A private family based in Geneva is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and caring nanny to look after four children (aged 11, 9, 4 years old, and a newborn of 1 month). The family already employs a live-in nanny; the role may be կազմակերպed either in a rota system or as a shared position (to be defined).
Start date: As soon as possible
Contract: Fixed-term (3 to 4 months, to be agreed)
Work rate: Full-time (100%)
Schedule: From approximately 7:00 AM until 8:30 PM, including weekends
Accommodation: Live-in position
Key Responsibilities:
- Full care of the children, with a strong focus on the newborn
- Managing daily routines (morning preparation, school coordination, meals, activities, bedtime)
- Supporting the children’s development through age-appropriate activities
- Assisting with school logistics (older children attend school during the day)
- Ensuring a structured, safe, and nurturing environment
- Working collaboratively with the existing nanny (rota or shared care arrangement)
Profile:
- Proven experience with children of similar ages, especially with newborns (essential)
- Energetic, organized, and proactive
- Patient, reliable, and attentive to children’s needs
- Able to manage multiple children and adapt to a busy household
- Team player, comfortable working alongside another nanny
- Valid driving license required
Languages:
- Fluent English required (must-have)
- French is a plus
