BeeBoo is looking for an experienced, warm and proactive nanny for a family based in Vandœuvres, Geneva. The family is looking for someone who wishes to build a long-term relationship with them and become a trusted and caring presence in their children’s daily lives.
The family is expecting their second child in November 2026. The position will ideally begin as soon as possible at approximately 50%, allowing the nanny to gradually settle into the family’s routine and build a strong bond with their older child. The role will then increase to 100% following the arrival of the baby.
The nanny will be responsible for providing attentive, loving and developmentally appropriate care for both children.
We are looking for someone who is:
The family already employs someone for household cleaning, so this is not a housekeeping position. However, the nanny should be happy to contribute naturally to the smooth running of the household, including light tidying, running occasional errands or grocery shopping and preparing meals, including dinner for the family when required.
The position will initially start at approximately 50%, with the schedule to be agreed with the family, before increasing to 100%.
At 100%, the usual schedule will be approximately:
Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Some flexibility will be required, for example occasional 12:00 pm–8:00 pm days depending on the family’s needs.
Occasional evening and weekend babysitting may also be required.
The nanny should also be comfortable travelling with the family occasionally.
English or German mother tongue is essential.
French and/or Arabic would be a strong advantage, as the family has a multicultural background.
