🔹 Position Overview
BeeBoo Agency, a recruitment agency specialized in early childhood professionals, is seeking a full-time nanny for a private family based in Crans-Montana (Valais).
The nanny will care for a 3-year-old girl and a baby (around 3 months old in September).
The position is available either live-in (independent accommodation provided upstairs) or live-out, depending on the candidate’s preference.
🔹 Responsibilities
âś” Individualized care: Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for both children, adapting to their individual needs and daily rhythms
âś” Daily routine: Prepare meals, manage naps, and maintain a nurturing and structured environment
âś” Educational and creative activities: Engage the children in fun and stimulating games, crafts, and outdoor activities
✔ Household tasks related to the children: Handle children’s laundry and keep their spaces clean and organized
âś” Driving: Confidently drive in mountainous and snowy conditions for outings and activities
🔹 Profile
âś… Proven experience caring for infants and toddlers, with the energy and independence to manage a busy daily routine
âś… Physically fit, dynamic, and able to keep up with two young children
âś… Valid Swiss or European passport and work permit (B, C, G, or CH)
âś… Driving license required
âś… Languages: Good English is essential (parents are English-speaking); French is a plus (the 3-year-old is learning)
âś… Verified references from previous employers required
âś… Certifications in infant care or first aid are an advantage
