⏰ Schedule: 10 hours per day, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
📌 Flexibility required to occasionally work weekends, with time off in lieu or overtime compensation
🔹 Position Overview
BeeBoo Agency, a recruitment agency specialized in early childhood professionals, is seeking a full-time nanny for a private family based in Crans-Montana (Valais).
The nanny will care for a 3-year-old girl and a baby (around 3 months old in September).
The position is available either live-in (independent accommodation provided upstairs) or live-out, depending on the candidate’s preference.
🔹 Responsibilities
✔ Individualized care: Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for both children, adapting to their individual needs and daily rhythms
✔ Daily routine: Prepare meals, manage naps, and maintain a nurturing and structured environment
✔ Educational and creative activities: Engage the children in fun and stimulating games, crafts, and outdoor activities
✔ Household tasks related to the children: Handle children’s laundry and keep their spaces clean and organized
✔ Driving: Confidently drive in mountainous and snowy conditions for outings and activities
🔹 Profile
✅ Proven experience caring for infants and toddlers, with the energy and independence to manage a busy daily routine
✅ Physically fit, dynamic, and able to keep up with two young children
✅ Valid Swiss or European passport and work permit (B, C, G, or CH)
✅ Driving license required
✅ Languages: Good English is essential (parents are English-speaking); French is a plus (the 3-year-old is learning)
✅ Verified references from previous employers required
✅ Certifications in infant care or first aid are an advantage
