“We arrive 30 minutes to an hour before our scheduled start. Working in pairs or groups, depending on the number of children, we set up a kids’ zone with:

• Face painting and glitter tattoos (always a hit)
• Board games, books, crafts
• Outdoor activities if the venue allows

During dinner, we stay with the kids, offering coloring activities to avoid boredom. Younger children can be put to bed in a quiet room while older ones enjoy a calm time with stories or quiet games.

We ensure their well-being until our mission ends — sometimes as late as 1 AM — before returning the children to their parents and tidying everything up.”
