BeeBoo) Hello Antara and thank you for taking the time to chat with us at the height of the wedding season! How would you describe the ideal wedding planner?
Antara for Quilla Emotion : A really good wedding planner has to listen to her clients, be patient and empathetic. Above all, she has to anticipate all requests and potential problems so that the future bride and groom can enjoy the organisation of their wedding with peace of mind. She has to be responsive, have a lot to offer and remain discreet throughout the preparations and on the big day.
What concerns do newlyweds have about looking after the youngest guests at their wedding?
The concerns are often the fear that the young guests will get bored and overburden their parents. It means that they won’t allow their parents to have as much fun as they’d like.

When they decide to call on a team of baby-sitters, they want them to provide entertainment, to look after the meal, but also if some of them need to sleep.
How many wedding nannies/babysitters do you suggest per child?
I suggest one nanny for 4 – 5 children if they are over 5. For under 5s, one nanny for 2 children.

Have you ever organised childless weddings at the request of the bride and groom? What were their main arguments?
We’ve already discussed this with several couples, but in the end they accept all children because there’s always a nephew or other child who’s important for sharing this emotionally-charged day.
The main argument is that we don’t have any children, so we want to be able to enjoy the day without them. That’s why I offer BeeBoo baby-sitters as soon as there are more than 5 children planned.
