BEEBOOHOO CELEBRATES HALLOWEEN!

Halloween is a great time to share creative moments and make original memories with our children. Mummies with sausages, chocolate pumpkin tiramisu and other Halloween lanterns or decorated pumpkins, will amuse young and old alike! Are you ready to share some bewitching moments of delirium? BeebOooooh has tested it for you…

On the kitchen side, the founder of the agency tried to prepare a devilishly good pumpkin and chocolate Halloween cake with her son her little Bibou !

Halloween Pumpkin Chocolate Cake

Number of people: 6 sorcerers’ apprentices

Preparation time : 15 mins bewitching

Cooking time: 30 mins bewitching

INGREDIENTS

6 eggs
300 g pumpkin
300g chocolate
200 g flour with baking powder
70 g butter
7 cl sunflower oil
30 cl maple syrup
A pinch of salt
Steam the pumpkin, peeled and cubed, for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Whisk the eggs in a small pot (a bowl will do fine). Pour in the maple syrup, sifted flour, melted butter and sunflower oil. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous texture without lumps.

Pour half of this mixture into a second bowl. Finely blend the pumpkin and then mix the resulting puree with the paste from the first bowl.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and mix it into the second bowl. Pour successive layers of pumpkin and chocolate into a non-stick cake tin, then put in the oven halfway up and cook for 50 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature. Turn out and serve the cake with a chocolate sauce!

Yummy! (To be pronounced with vampire teeth in your mouth! 🙂  )
